أقامت منظمة صناع النهضة، ضمن برنامج (تأثير) الشبابي، مشروع تمكين الفتيات المعرضات للعنف من الحصول على فرص عمل لكسب الرزق من خلال تقديم تدريب مهني في مجال الكوافير والخياطة والتطريز الآلي، بتمويل ذاتي من المنظمة.
واستفاد من المشروع، الذي أقيم خلال الفترة من 2014 وحتى 2015، 120 فتاة في محافظة أبين، بالشراكة مع منظمة Intersos وجمعيتي الجول و22 مايو.
