cleaning campaigns implementation in Lahj

 

Nahda Makers Organization carried out a clean-up campaign in five districts in Lahj Governorate, funded by  UNICEF. 

               The campaign began on Wednesday and continued for 12 days. Campaigns are  part of the Water and Environmental Sanitation Program to support displaced people and conflict-affected communities in five districts in Lahj Governorate (Taben, Tour Al Baha, Ras Al Aara, Al-Qubaita and Al-Maqatra)

The launching of the campaigns was attended by an local authorities official presence in the targeted districts.

The hygiene campaigns were preceded by training courses for the volunteers involved in the campaigns. They were trained in safe methods and disposal solid waste.
