The Governor of Hodeidah Governorate, Dr. Al-Hassan Taher, visited Nahda Makers Organization in its office today, Sunday 26/12/2021. This visit to its office was also by the Director of the Office of the Governor of Al-Hodeidah Governorate, Mr. Anwar Borouji, and the Director of the Executive Unit in Al-Hodeidah, Mr. Hamid Al-Khazan.
This visit aimed to get acquainted closely with the organization, the staff, its capabilities, and its projects in the Education & Child Protection sector, shelter / NFIs sector and Food Security & Livelihoods sector, which are currently implemented in Al-Hodeidah, as well as identifying future activities and projects in the region and to provide them with full support.
The discussion also included what is currently being implemented in the Education Support for IDPs project, which will aim to provide support to the displaced students from Al-Durayhimi to Al-Khokha.
It was agreed to provide the necessary support and facilities, especially in the third priority areas in Al-Hodeidah.
The meeting was attended by the Executive Director of the Organization: Mr. Mohamed Al-Sayed and several representatives of the organization, namely: the public relations officer, the security and safety officer, senior education and child protection officer, senior shelter officer and the research officer for the food security and livelihoods sector.
