Within the project of “Provision of Emergency, Life-saving Assistance to the Most Vulnerable IDPs”, #NMO_ORG distributed Cash-for-Food transfers in Qa’atabah district at Ad Dali’ Governorate, with the support of #YHF
This project, which is being implemented, seeks to alleviate the suffering of the internally IDPs and the host community as a measure to save those lives as a result of the difficult and catastrophic living conditions they are experiencing.
It will also contribute to reducing extreme hunger among highly vulnerable families through the distribution of unconditional food transfers.
Where these unconditional transfers were distributed to 1,029 newly displaced families who are facing severe hunger in that district, in order to meet their most urgent needs and priorities in light of the lack of income sources for them due to displacement.
All of this aims to provide emergency, life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable displaced people and those at risk due to recent displacement and conflict.
