This course, which was implemented, targeted 35 participants from planning directors and executive offices in Aden.
This workshop discussed the importance of the extent of capabilities and skills that draw a future vision and long-term planning, which is based on studying programs and decisions that will achieve future visions and in order to formulate a clear message, achieve sustainable development, improve performance, achieve growth and progress of the institution, and reduce risks.
